Sales Coordinator (Pharma)
Job Profile:
- Support Domestic / International Sales dept.
- Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents) and customer inquiries
- Maintains customer data and hierarchies as instructed by sales person or key account manage
- Monitors the leads and new opportunities and assigns them to right person
- Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager
- Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments.
- Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.
- Assists in general office tasks
- Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events
- A Sales Coordinator follows up on any sales quotations made for clients
- Order processing, Purchase order follow-up, general coordination with all allied inter-department
- MIS Report(Daily, Weekly, Monthly), Target Vs Achievement Report, Forecasting, communicating relevant information, V-Look, H-Look, Pivot Table, Sumif, Countif
- Respond to queries/complaints from customers/distributors/stockists and give after-sales support whenever required
- Incentives Report, Follow up Outstanding checking the department expenses
- Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributors management


Job Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune


Candidate Requisition
- 2-4 years of experience as a Pharma Sales Co-ordinator.
- B.Sc / M.Sc. with relevant experience can apply

- Relevant Experience in Pharma
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel
