Sales Coordinator (Pharma)
Support Domestic / International Sales dept.
Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders,
documents) and customer inquiries
Maintains customer data and hierarchies as instructed by sales person
or key account manage
Monitors the leads and new opportunities and assigns them to right
Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as
instructed by sales manager / product manager
Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments.
Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation,
delivery, finance managers etc.
Assists in general office tasks
Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events
Sales Coordinator follows up on any sales quotations made for clients
Order processing, Purchase order follow-up, general coordination with
all allied inter-department
MIS Report(Daily, Weekly, Monthly), Target Vs Achievement Report,
Forecasting, communicating relevant information, V-Look, H-Look,
Pivot Table, Sumif, Countif
Respond to queries/complaints from customers/distributors/stockists
and give after-sales support whenever required
Incentives Report, Follow up Outstanding checking the department
Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local

2-4 years of experience as a Pharma Sales Co-ordinator.
/ M.Sc. with relevant experience can apply
Relevant Experience in Pharma
Knowledge of Advanced Excel
